Fixes and improvements

- Camera has been changed to avoid loss the letterbox aspect ratio (that could happen before)
- The crowd in ending of stage 1 has been changed for modeled one, including a sambabus
- Tutorial got some fixes
- The position of objects in stage 5 has been reviewed
- When a enemy has been defeated, the sound entered in looping
- The transformation into reaper can't be interruped by a hit anymore
- The truck boss, in the very end in stage 4 had an incorrect colision in the lateral of it.
