Lot of fixes and a guy sitted on the grass

This version we bring more fixes and some graphical revisions:

Improvements

• Stage 2-2 The playable area has been revisited
• Stage 3-2 Some sitted guys has been added for decoration means
• When player start the game through keyboard, the keyboard instruction starts to be shown in tutorial and pause menu
• Start button might me used in hall of fame screen
• Now, the program has associated to a icon
• The players command has been revisted to reduce stucks
• The women should has been customized to sound like woman

Fixes

• Characters are no stuck in explosives anymore
  
• Stage 3 - Part of the dog was hidden inside of the floor, when it quit to fight, after the death of its owner
  
• Stage 3-2 - The locomotive has been aligned
• Stage 4 - Motos avoiding vehicles
• Stage 4 - Truck wasn't runover characters
• Stage 4 - Truck was came up too closely to the player.
• Stage 5 - Glitch in Fork-lift has been fixed
  
• Revision in Garbage collector
• Anna and Beth don't die in every drop anymore
• Fix in bonus earning sound, in ending stage
• Camera could hidden a virtual strip in screen, with no warning at all.
• The cursor speed in hall of fame's record has been revisted
