Improvements and fixes in demo 7.8

- The loading time among stages has been reduced
- During the reaper transformation, player could freeze
- When guitar is using like a boomerang, the hit could happens when it wasn't in the foe anymore
- Guitar using like a boomerang now earns rage gauge
- Throwing now earns rage gauge
- Reaper had a weird throwing animation when it comes to boxes
- When returned from dead, invencibility window prevented the player of using kicks or complete the guitar-solo combo
- Select-stage cheating could stuck the next stage after the one selected
- A bus has been added in the ending of stage 1
